Experiencial Education
At Interlaken we work through experiential education challenges, these allow each participant to live their own process and learn not from theory but from their own behavior.
Experiential education is one that generates experiential spaces that allow us to compare reality versus the challenge, where we can observe the behaviors of each person and the teams in order to make feedback, learn and apply improvements.
It is natural that people do not learn from the theory or the experiences of others, so through these challenges they manage to live their own experience and learn from it.
What are the Base Premises of the Method?
- Experiential Education allows to analyze the authentic behavior of the members with their work teams.
- Experiential Education seeks to generate a high level of awareness and personal reflection on aspects of their behaviors that must be strengthened and / or corrected to boost their personal and professional growth.
- Experiential Education provides scenarios where the strengths and weaknesses of work teams can be identified, to generate effective actions that allow building High Performance Teams.
