Generate awareness of the skills that should strengthen the leaders of the different restaurants and brands that are part of the Takami Group and have a greater degree of empowerment and leadership of their teams in charge.
How did we do it?
From Interlaken we proposed a program with several work sessions supported by the different methodologies we have to raise awareness and identify opportunities for improvement that they have as a team and each individually to begin to strengthen them throughout the process. In the different sessions we reinforced the theme of Organizational Culture and purpose.
In 2019, we completed phase one (1) of the Conscious Leaders program, managing to generate in most of the leaders a high level of awareness of the various strengths that should be enhanced and the weaknesses on which they should work and generate new habits that allow them to continue advancing in their growth process as leaders. There was team cohesion and they identified the importance of sharing successful practices among the different restaurants.
