Case study description

Challenge:

To consolidate and strengthen Leadership and Teamwork competencies with special emphasis on key components such as communication and alignment of the Common Purpose of all members that are part of the Axiacore team.

How did we do it?

At Interlaken we propose a permanent training program through which, by means of a series of interventions, we can gradually and constantly improve the development of the skills and competencies of each member of the team in order to promote their growth and contribute to the development of a High Performance Team.

Result:

Through the execution of the first interventions of the process, it has been possible to evidence a significant improvement in some aspects such as communication and recognition, which are key to Teamwork, and in turn has contributed to an improvement in the climate of the entire organization.
